REFUND AMOUNT

In case of return all the products price will be refunded. Reimbursement will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. The shipping costs generated from the return of the products will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Products bought in our physical stores are not subject to refund, only exchanges. Always showing the purchasing ticket.

CHANGE AND RETURN DEADLINE

Online purchases can be changed within 30 days or be returned within 15 days, except for those customize products or special orders that can not be returned or exchanged.

In order to complete your request please contact us using our contact form. We will give you an answer as soon as possible to make the refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition, with the copy of the invoice. You can also return your product in Barcelona at our flagship store in Calle Mallorca, 257, Barcelona, 08008 or ask us to manage the return from your address, we will contact directly with the delivery service.
