How long does it take to ship an order?
For orders within Spain, the approximate delivery time is 1 to 3 days.
For orders destined for Europe, the USA, and Japan, the approximate shipping time is 2 to 5 days.
For orders outside Europe, the USA, or Japan, the approximate shipping time is 3 to 15 days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Please note that during sales periods or holidays (winter and summer), orders may take a few extra days. Online purchases may be exchanged within 30 days or returned within 15 days, with the exception of personalized products or special orders, which are not eligible for exchange or return.

Your LUPO item will retain its qualities if it is not exposed directly to sources of light and heat, is stored in its cloth dust bag, and is not overloaded, thereby allowing it to maintain its original shape.
Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If the item gets wet, remove excess moisture by gently dabbing it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry at room temperature.
